Can I book a taxi in advance?
Yes, you can easily plan your trip and book your taxi for a specific date and time through our website.
Is it possible to order a taxi at the last minute?
We recommend reserving a vehicle at least a few hours before the planned trip. If you are in an urgent case or want to quickly order a ride at night, do not hesitate to contact us by phone and we will always be happy to try to agree on a solution for you.
Is paying by card through your website safe?
Yes, you can be worry free. Our payment gateway service is provided by SumUp or Stripe.
How is the price per ride calculated?
The LUXI tariff offers rides at a price of €1.5 for each kilometer started. In the price list you will also find promotional tariffs for selected routes. The price is automatically increased by 50% if your order falls into the night time zone between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Will you give me a receipt after the ride?
Yes, of course. You will receive an electronic invoice in PDF format to your email address at the end of each ride. Alternatively, our chauffeur can issue you with a classic paper receipt.
